The V60® is the evolution of the traditional filter Coffee, especially designed to serve an aroma-rich beverage with a unique flavour, keeping all the Coffee flavours and subtleties.
Perfect to make yourself a cup of Coffee or to make Coffee to share, the V60® has been designed to make the Coffee extraction process easier. It has been carefully engineered to extract a uniquely flavoured beverage. The “V” shape and the 60-degree angle of the V60® filter holder, as well as the spirals inside, make the water flow into the centre and extend the time it is in contact with the Coffee, thus ensuring a balanced and uniform extraction.
Using a paper filter produces a soft beverage, rich in both aromas and flavours.


1.
Place the paper filter in the V60® and moisten it with hot water. This step will preheat the equipment and remove all impurities as well as the taste from the paper. Then, dispose of the water.
2.
Put 15 g of ground Coffee in the filter and add 30 g of hot water slowly and with spiral movements, for 30 seconds.


3.
Keep pouring water carefully until you reach 250 of water.
4.
Finally, remove the filter and serve.
