The Cold Brew system is both innovative and unique. It uses an extraction tower to cold-brew Coffee. This method can reduce the bitterness/acidity of the Coffee itself by a large percentage and the extraction can take up to 9 hours.

Through a drip system, the cold water extracts the expresso properties to obtain a surprising result.

1.

Moisten the paper filter.
Put 30 g of ground Coffee (coarse grind) in the container and then place the moistened filter on top of the ground Coffee.

2.

Place the container in the Cold Brew tower, making sure it is correctly positioned and allows the water to pass through.

3.

Pour 500 ml of cold water or ice in the upper jug of the Cold Brew tower.

4.

Adjust the dripping tap (average time: 1 drop per second).

5.

As the ice melts, the water passes through and comes into contact with the ground coffee.

6.

Adjust the dripping tap (average time: 1 drop per second).

7.

The preparation process can take up to 9 hours.
