The French Press is a simple method which allows to extract all the flavour and aroma from Coffee beans.
Perfect to make smaller quantities of Coffee, this equipment is ideal for those who look for an easy-to-make beverage that retains all the flavour of ground Coffee. In this equipment, the Coffee is immersed in hot water for a certain time, which results in an extraction that allows the beans’ natural oils to pass into the cup, thus producing a Coffee with more body and strong aromas.


1.
Grind 15 g of Coffee (recommended dose for one person) and put it in the French Press.
2.
Add 250 ml of water at a temperature between 92ºC and 94ºC, mix using a spoon, making sure that the Coffee is completely diluted in the water.


3.
Place the lid, wait for the set time, press all the way down and serve.
