Making Coffee in a Siphon Coffee Maker is a real sharing ritual and will certainly offer a unique sensory experience, producing an intense and aroma-rich Coffee.

Perfect to prepare larger quantities of Coffee, the Siphon Coffee Maker is a method that awakens all your senses and makes the difference at all moments. Its preparation ritual is fascinating. The Coffee made in this Coffee Maker results from the expansion and the contraction of water vapour through the two pieces of the equipment. The Coffee mixes with the water and then passes through a cloth filter, which allows the oils in the Coffee to pass through to the drink, while eliminating any sediment, resulting in a clean, intensely flavoured Coffee.

This method also makes one of the most aromatic beverages.

Attach the filter to the centre of the top chamber, ensuring that the clamp is attached to the end of the pipe. Place the bottom flask in the holder and fill with 500 ml of pre-boiled water.

Light the heat source and place the pipe of the top chamber inside the lower piece, without fitting it all the way in.

Wait until the water starts to boil and then fit the two parts of the Siphon together.

Then add 30 g of ground Coffee to the top chamber and stir as soon as the water rises.

5.

Let the water boil for 1 minute and put out the heat source.

6.

Lastly, allow the Coffee to pass through into the bottom flask and serve.
